Run like a girl

TRAILER

SINÓPSIS

Since she was a little girl, Michelle Payne (Teresa Palmer) has had an almost impossible dream: to win the Melbourne Cup, the toughest two-mile horse race of all. Raised among her ten siblings by her father, she drops out of high school at fifteen to dedicate herself to horse racing full-time, with her dream as her only goal. Although it takes her a while to master the technique, Michelle manages to become a true jockey, but a family tragedy and a fatal fall from her horse put an end to all hope. With the support of her father and her brother Steve, she decides to try again, even with her doctors and the rest of her siblings against it.
