SINÓPSIS
1845. Amidst the darkness, the flame of hope is kindled.
Young Kim Dae-geon receives the call of vocation after learning of the example of a French priest. Full of curiosity and drive, the young man travels with his seminary classmates Choi Yang-eop and Choi Bang-je to Macau to train and become the first priest and martyr in the history of South Korea.
In an era where foreign invasions persist both inside and outside the country and the Opium War has not yet ended, Kim Dae-geon sails across lands and seas, ultimately opening the path of faith for Joseon.
